Morning Routine

Recently, I started to do something very important for myself.  My mornings are full of prayer, awareness, mindfullness and meditation.  I’ve begun to get up earlier in the morning and realize that this time to myself is enlightening.  I begin with prayer and silence.  Then move to a guided meditation (I use the Headspace app).  The time alone in the quiet of the morning is so tranquil and peaceful.  It sets up the day in a beautiful way.  I move slowly through this new practice and savor each new experience.
